Your Keto/Carnivore Story

I was trying to do low carb prior to October, but it wasn’t working well. I have a lot of allergies to fruits and nuts, and I felt sick all the time, couldn’t breathe well, and had low energy.

A good friend who power lifts told my wife about the carnivore tribe on Facebook.  I checked it out and thought this can’t be good for you you have to eat vegetables or you will die.

I then saw Dr Chaffees youtube on “plants are trying to kill you.” It just made sense. I was then introduced to Dr. Kiltz and the mighty tribe. I went full carnivore on the last day of September.

I quit snoring after a week. I was down 40 pounds by the end of November and 80 by the end of December.

My wife noticed I didn’t pop and crack in the morning getting up from bed and I was getting up early and moving faster.

Before going carnivore I had pretty severe arthritis in my neck and knees, and it disappeared!

The weight has continued to fall off, and energy has grown. My blood pressure has also dropped from the 130s to 120s. This way of living has made it easy to find joy in every day.

What is the best (or top 3) pieces of advice you could give someone starting their keto/carnivore health journey?

Do it now and don’t look back.
Try to be strict. The quicker you break the sugar addiction the better.
Don’t worry about what others think. Do what’s right for you.
